Plumbing maintenance service for 12,852,102 so'm over three months (12,852,102 so'm total budget; monthly rate: 4,284,034 so'm) in Tashkent, Mirzoulugbek district, Makhtumkuli Street 71a. The contractor will perform installation, repair, adjustment, and restart of pipes, equipment, and various technical devices at facilities under the management of the Department of Building and Property Temporary Storage. Service payments are made monthly after submission of timely work reports signed by the object manager and accounting department, based on actual working days. Deadline: 16 October 2026. Procurement open to individuals of Uzbekistan under civil-legal contract terms.
