Specialist services required to support state property management reform within the Center for Effective Use of State Property Objects under the State Assets Management Agency, focusing on contract formalization, lease collection, vacant property identification and accounting, property registration, and website updates. Candidates must hold higher education per state standards, possess minimum one year field experience, have worked in state organizations, and demonstrate fluent Uzbek language and foreign language proficiency for document management and international standard analysis.
