Multi-lot procurement of metalworking equipment: 2 units of list folding machines and 3 units of laser metal cutting machines. The laser cutting machines are intended for cutting sheet metal blanks for freight wagon production to increase production capacity of the blank shop per Presidential Decree No. PP-329 of October 10, 2023, on railway transport reform. Equipment must be newly manufactured not earlier than 2026, unused, unrestored, and not technologically obsolete. Operating conditions: closed production premises with natural ventilation, temperature range −24.9°C to +46°C, humidity 24–59%, moderate climate zone per building standards ShNK 2.01.01-22. Technical specifications, manufacturing drawings, and delivery/acceptance procedures are detailed in sections covering technical requirements, reliability, transportation, storage, warranty (8–36 months), maintenance, environmental and safety standards, personnel training, and chief assembly supervision by the supplier.
