Iqlimga chidamli suv, sanitariya va gigiyena (WASH) bo'yicha rejalashtirish, byudjetlashtirish, ekspluatatsiya va texnik xizmat ko'rsatish bo'yicha o'quv qo'llanmasini ishlab chiqish hamda unga oid malaka oshirish tadbirlarini amalga oshirish xizmatlari xarid qilinadi; dastlab Qashqadaryo va Surxondaryo viloyatlariga qaratilgan. Malakali xizmat ko'rsatuvchilar taklif topshirishga taklif etiladi. Texnik va moliyaviy takliflar alohida ikkita elektron xat orqali, mos mavzu satrlari bilan yuboriladi; moliyaviy taklif tahrirlab bo'lmaydigan va parol bilan himoyalangan formatda taqdim etiladi. Ikkala xat faqat [email protected] manziliga yuborilishi shart; birlashtirilgan yoki boshqa manzilga yuborilgan takliflar rad etiladi. Ariza qabul qilish muddati: 2026-yil 10-noyabr, Toshkent vaqti bilan soat 18:00 gacha. Byudjet manba ma'lumotlarida ko'rsatilmagan; batafsil shartlar ilova qilingan tender hujjatlarida keltirilgan.

UNICEF Uzbekistan invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for the development and rollout of a Climate-Resilient WASH Planning, Budgeting, Operations and Technical Maintenance Training Manual , including related capacity-building activities in Uzbekistan, with an initial focus on Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions. Proposal Submission Requirements Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted in two separate emails , with the subject lines clearly indicating the proposal type. All attachments must be clearly labeled. The Financial Proposal must be submitted in a non-editable, password-protected format . Both emails must be sent exclusively to [email protected] by 10 November 2026, 18:00 (Tashkent time) . Proposals combining technical and financial documents in one email may be disqualified. Proposals sent or copied to any other email address will be disqualified.
